APPRAISAL

Knowledge and access is vital to the evaluation of artworks. Resulting from well forged relationships with artists, collectors and museums, my staff and I are well experienced to support your insurance and IRS regulation valuations.

CRITERIA

Quality, condition, significance are the fundamental criteria in the selection of artwork. The merit of each artwork is evaluated independently from the analysis of its investment potential. Specific choices evolve from a unique program designed with each client, beginning with personal taste and a designated budget. When client preferences may already be defined or need to be discovered, fresh insight inevitably results from a process of engaged looking and increased exposure to new artistic statements.

CONSULTING

I am pleased to advise both seasoned and novice collectors interested in refining their fine art collections. Areas of expertise range from contemporary masters to emerging talent. All media, including painting and sculpture, prints and drawings, video and new media is open for consideration.

As an advisor, my goal is to optimize the quality and value of selection for each client. There is no single ‘right’ direction. The art world is an infinite world of possibility. As a curator, educator and facilitator, I assist new collectors discover their aesthetic interest. For experienced collectors who already established their direction, I am the conduit to specific collecting goals and management. I provide access, expertise and insight.
